LOCATION: The Pinnacle, 160 Bothwell Street, Glasgow

DESCRIPTION: Redevelopment of 1960s tower block to form 131 apartments. 30,000 sq ft of retail space and 12,000 sq ft of office space with underground parking.

The Pinnacle Building is a complex of 131 flats in two buildings connected by link corridors over St Vincent Lane.  The main building is on Bothwell Street, with commercial premises on Levels A and B.

Domestic flats run from Level C (these are duplex flats with their entrance from the corridor on Level D) up to Level F and then from Level 1 to Level 12.  The smaller building, to the north, the annexe, has five floors of flats, from Level F to Level 4.

Part of the two lowest floors of the annexe form a car park, all the parking spaces of which are allocated to flats in the building. The floor at St Vincent Street level is office space, currently occupied by civilian staff from Police Scotland.
